If you’re having a bad day, week, month, year or life, it’s most likely got a lot to do with you. Yes, YOU! That’s because it’s all in how you present yourself. If your attitude is negative, if you are sharp with others, if you show an unhappy picture, that’s what you will get back in return. If you think it’s going to be tough, it will be. Changing your approach and attitude will help you achieve better outcomes in life. Here is a checklist of things that can help;

✔ Take responsibility for everything that happens in aspects of your life.
✔ Commit yourself to constant improvement.
✔ Be the most positive person in your life.
✔ Be quick to compliment, say please, or thank you.
✔ Never do anything you wouldn’t be proud to have your children do.
✔ Always be first to greet others with a sincere hello.
✔ Always let those close to you know that you love them.
✔ When you leave something, leave it a little better than when you found it.
✔ Be honest and sincere with everyone.
✔ Give more than others expect from you, and do it with a smile.
✔ Treat other people the way that you want to be treated.
✔ Consistently save something for a rainy day.

Using this checklist every day will help you feel energized, positive and in control. You will have more “GOOD” days, and you will also help those around you have more good days

Kal-El: Superhero fans might have spotted that Kal-El was the Kryptonian birth name of Clark Kent, aka Superman. It’s also the name chosen by actor Nicolas Cage and ex-wife Alice Kim for their son.

Pilot Inspektor: Sticking with the world of celebrity, ‘My Name Is Earl star Jason Lee told Entertainment Weekly he named his son after a song called ‘He’s Simple, He’s Dumb, He’s the Pilot’ by indie-rock band Grandaddy.

Buddy Bear: This is the name of one of Jools and Jamie Oliver’s brood, along with siblings Poppy Honey, Daisy Boo Pamela, Petal Blossom Rainbow and River Rocket Blue Dallas. Jools told the Daily Mail: ‘I hate people’s opinions on names. Whatever you call your baby is your decision.’
